Main Office:
- Report cards were sent home on November 7th.
- There is NO school on Friday, November 21st.
Thursday, November 20th, Parent Teacher (In Person Meetings), 6-8pm.
- No appointment necessary, but meetings will be a short update on your child’s progress. If you need more time, please arrange a follow up appointment to discuss other matters.
- It is very helpful to have a copy of your child’s schedule.
- It is not required that parents visit each teacher. Students are always welcome to attend.

- If you are unable to attend Parent Teacher in person, you may request a phone or email update from your child’s teachers by complete this form:

- There are NO In Person sessions on Friday.
- Deadline to request a phone/email is Wednesday at 11:59pm.
Upcoming:
English Language Proficiency Assessment: Information will be sent home in the next few weeks to confirm those that must write / re-write the ELPA in January.
The ELPA is compulsory for all students in Grade 9. It is a high school graduation requirement.
- Results are expressed as: Strong Achievement, Appropriate Achievement, and Below Appropriate Achievement.
- Students must score at the Appropriate Achievement level or higher to meet this requirement.
- Students in Grades 10, 11, and 12 who do not attain the Appropriate Achievement level in Grade 9, have the opportunity to rewrite the assessment until it is completed.
