Online Ordering is NOW OPEN for the NB School Lunch Program!

Dear Parents and Families,

We are pleased to share information about the new Provincial School Lunch Program, launching in schools across New Brunswick on September 8, 2026.

Through the program, families can purchase nutritious school lunches for their children at a reduced cost. 

Program overview

Your school’s lunch provider is Chartwell’s.

Lunches will be available on school days, with a “main” option (non-vegetarian) and vegetarian option offered each day. Milk will be included with each meal.

Families will pay:

  • $5 per meal for all grades 9-12 Students
  • $0 per meal for ALL STUDENTS whose families would like to receive full subsidy.

To receive full subsidy, please feel free to visit Chartwells Eat Well Program – Moncton High School and complete the subsidy application highlighted in purple.

The Provincial School Lunch Program will subsidize the remaining cost of each meal.

All requests will be handled confidentially. Families will receive a one-time code to enter, to receive full subsidy lunches for their children for the school year.

Please follow the attached registration and ordering instructions from Chartwell’s to create your account, register your child or children, and place lunch orders on www.ChartwellsK12.ca

The instructions include:

  • registration and ordering steps;
  • ordering deadlines; and
  • contact information if you need help.

Please register early and review the ordering deadlines to help ensure a smooth start to the program.
